This innovative project seeks to promote National Textiles internationally and to create new businesses/partnerships that can be developed in the medium and long term with various Portuguese
SME in the Textile and Clothing sector, which it represents. We plan to harness the capabilities of these companies/products in the international market, showing the great organisational abilities, adaptability to new demands, strong know how, quality/rapid response, flexibility and dynamism of the Portuguese companies.
We believe union through international partnerships is the key to success to win in this market. This is the objective of this project.
OBJECTIVESTo harness the capabilities of businesses/products associated with the project in the international market. To demonstrate the great organisational capacity, adaptation to new demands, high Know/How, quality/rapid response, flexibility and dynamics of Portuguese companies. New businesses are new partnerships and in a global market this is the formula for winning as a team.
MAIN PHASES OF THE PROJECT - Phase 1 - Statistical market study
Analysis of various statistical parameters of the markets planned to be approached in future ventures.
- Phase 2 - Commercial Prospecting
This phase included visits/meetings with companies from the textile sector and national associations from the respective countries. In order to analyse the potential of each market.
After the selection of markets with the most potential for the companies associated with the project, it was prepared forums in the respective countries. It is a key opportunity to bring together and create new contacts/businesses.
